NYPD Recruitment Day- A Community Conversation
fI believe it is past that time for all whom care about our youth and communities begin to take accountability for their action or lack of. The NYPD is a large organization of close to 35, thousand staff. Every large organization has it's percentage of bad humans. With that being said my focus is to break down barriers to our youth joining the NYPD in order to assist in changing the mindset of our youth and let them see the NYPD as a serious career opportunity.
